Lance Anderson's career is exemplified by the successful startup of new enterprises, leading organizational growth, taking companies public, and creating thousands of jobs for employees and significant wealth for shareholders. Lance has been responsible for the successful startup of numerous new business ventures, many of which grew to be important players in their industry, with two going public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Steve Haslam brings extensive operational experience in domestic, international and multi-location contact center leadership to his role as COO of CorvisaCloud. He understands the gaps that exist in today's current business communication tools and what contact center operators need to increase sales, service and profitability.
As President and CIO of CorvisaCloud, Matt Lautz is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. With a ten year career in building and managing software companies, Matt started his first software development company at the age of 16 which grew into a software development and VoIP company where he served as CEO for over eight years. During his time as CEO, Matt led a team that managed customers in over 15 countries and processed over four million VoIP transactions per day. He also successfully led investment capital raises for more than 4.5 million dollars and orchestrated the acquisitions of two product lines.
Matt has been featured as an emerging business leader by BusinessWeek, Fast Company and The Wall Street Journal, along with multiple popular technology blogs.
Rodney Schwatken brings more than 27 years of financial and administrative leadership to CorvisaCloud. In addition to his role at CorvisaCloud, he has served as the chief financial officer and senior vice president of CorvisaCloud's parent company, Novation Companies, Inc., since January 2008. Prior to that, he held other positions with Novation, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Novation, Schwatken worked as a manager at U.S. Central Credit Union, and as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Rodney earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Kansas.
Paul Gregory serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for CorvisaCloud and is responsible for long term revenue strategy and execution, along with customer success. Previously the Director of Business Development at CorvisaCloud’s parent company, Novation Companies, Paul developed and implemented business plans to bring new technology products to market as well as lead efforts in identifying, researching, and recommending new investments and initiatives for Novation and its subsidiaries. Prior to Novation, Paul led investment efforts in financial services and media/information sectors for Five Elms Capital. Paul has also held positions in the corporate and investment banking at Bank of America and in asset management with Merrill Lynch.
Paul received an MBA, with Highest Distinction, from the University of Kansas School of Business where he also earned a B.S. in Accounting. He currently serves as a mentor for the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and as a member of the University of Kansas School of Business Finance Advisory Board. Paul was recognized as one of Kansas City’s 20 in their Twenties by Ingram’s Magazine.
In his role as VP Engineering, Andy Brezinsky is responsible for the architecture and development of the CorvisaCloud platform. Andy brings years of experience in building scalable software utilizing the latest in rich Internet application technology to make CorvisaCloud the leader in voice communication solutions.
Previously the Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer for Brevient Communications, a VoIP provider, Andy was responsible for leading the engineering, operation and support, of a world class VoIP platform and Business/Operation Support System for an diverse international customer base. Andy holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
Dennis Casey is responsible for overseeing customer success, including the customer support, implementation and onboarding experiences for CorvisaCloud. A twenty plus year veteran of the technology industry, Dennis understands the business and technical sides of software development and customer implementation in a way that helps to ensure that final products hit the mark.
Prior to CorvisaCloud, Dennis was the Executive Vice President at Brevient Communications, a VoIP technology provider where he was responsible for sales and operations. Over the last 30 years Dennis has also held management positions at Price Waterhouse, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Health Care Information Network. Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
As VP of Direct Sales for CorvisaCloud, Brandon Knight manages all aspects of the CorvisaOne Direct Sales Division which is focused on SMB and Mid-Market prospects. He brings over 15 years of experience as a business owner and consultant to the CorvisaCloud team, including leading operational roles in launching eight call centers.
Prior to bringing his call center and consulting expertise to CorvisaCloud, Brandon held operational and call center management positions for two of CorvisaCloud's sister companies under Novation Companies. He has also held leadership positions for a number of notable organizations including, Humana Insurance, Traveler's Insurance, Sprint PCS, Black & Decker, Orion, Haier and American Express. Brandon has been frequently called upon as a panelist or keynote speaker at conferences for various large corporations and industries.
As VP Marketing, Katie Kregel leads the marketing department for CorvisaCloud and its parent company, Corvisa Services, where she is responsible for creative direction, brand vision, and marketing strategy for all Novation companies. She brings over 12 years of experience in corporate brand development and technology marketing to the CorvisaCloud team.
Prior to Corvisa Services, she was in charge of marketing for an international VoIP services provider and software development firm, where she led corporate marketing initiatives, along with usability design which contributed to the successful acquisition of two product lines. Katie holds a degree in Advertising from Marquette University.
As VP Channel Sales for CorvisaCloud, Tanya Stohler is responsible for leading channel sales efforts and ensuring customer success. Tanya brings a rare combination of sales, sales training, consulting and legal experience to the CorvisaCloud team. Throughout her career, she has held sales and management positions in a variety of industries, including telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Her passion for helping clients succeed has resulted in an expert ability to assess and develop solutions for each organization's unique needs.
Tanya holds a law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana State University.
As Director of Product Development, Daniel Darnieder is responsible for designing the business process and business intelligence solutions for CorvisaCloud products. Utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in application and database design, Daniel works in concert with CorvisaCloud engineering teams to architect and direct the construction of solutions using the latest development tools and techniques.
Daniel has over 25 years of experience in successfully designing and managing the deployment of business software solutions for a wide variety of industries. He holds a Master's in Management Information Sciences from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
As Director of Salesforce Practice, Erik Eklund is responsible for overseeing the CorvisaCloud Salesforce team that customizes Salesforce implementations to meet each customer's unique business objectives. For over three years, Erik has been administering and implementing Salesforce for both small and large-scale organizations. Erik has over seven years of experience executing business software integrations in various industries such as automotive, mortgage banking and VoIP that give him a firm foundation for what companies look for in their Salesforce solutions.
Erik graduated summa cum laude from Cardinal Stritch University. He currently holds multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant and Developer.
Tim Krings manages client implementation services for CorvisaCloud and is responsible for ensuring successful implementation and onboarding of CorvisaCloud's software suite. Tim brings 11 years of experience leading successful product build-outs and streamlining business processes for companies of all sizes.
Prior to CorvisaCloud, Tim served as a project manager in both the custom home electronics and video production industries. Tim also formerly played integral product management and project management roles for CorvisaCloud and another Novation subsidiary. Tim holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
