Brandon Knight, Director of Engagement Management
As Director of Engagement Management for CorvisaCloud, Brandon Knight is responsible for overseeing the consulting, engagement and implementation processes for CorvisaCloud to ensure successful solutions for clients. He brings over 15 years of experience as a business owner and consultant to the CorvisaCloud team, including leading operational roles in launching eight call centers.
Prior to bringing his call center and consulting expertise to CorvisaCloud, Brandon held operational and call center management positions for two of CorvisaCloud's sister companies under Novation Companies. He has also held leadership positions for a number of notable organizations including, Humana Insurance, Traveler's Insurance, Sprint PCS, Black & Decker, Orion, Haier and American Express. Brandon has been frequently called upon as a panelist or keynote speaker at conferences for various large corporations and industries.
